4-I guide
They are noble and honourable, writing everything down.
Start with bismillah.
Tap a table gently while someone holds a pencil on paper resting on it. Ask: "Did the pencil wobble? Could it 'write down' your taps?"
Watch the Learn Bright video about earthquakes and how we measure them.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do the guardians do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What do they write about me?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Infitar is surah 82. Find ayah 11. The key words kiraman katibin mean noble, honourable writers. The angels write down our deeds with honour and fairness.
Fact: How does a seismograph record an earthquake?
Ages 5–8: Paper shaker. Make a "seismograph": hang a pen over paper in a box and gently shake the box. Look at the lines!
Ages 9–12: Earthquake scale. Find out how the size of an earthquake is measured.
Finish with: "I found that a seismograph records ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do something good the angels will love to write."
Action: Do something good the angels will love to write.
