4-I guide
This ayah speaks of the time when the wild animals are gathered together.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Where might you see lots of different wild animals all in one place?"
Watch the Nature on PBS video "Chaos at the Waterhole". (Watch it first.)
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What happens to the wild animals?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Will animals be there on that Day too?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Takwir is surah 81. Find ayah 5. The key word hushirat means gathered together. Animals that usually hide from each other will be gathered on that Day.
Fact: Why do so many different animals gather at waterholes in the dry season?
Ages 5–8: Waterhole picture. Draw a waterhole with five different animals drinking.
Ages 9–12: Animal needs. Find out how far elephants or zebras walk to find water in the dry season.
Finish with: "I found that animals gather at waterholes because ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will put out water for birds or animals."
Action: Put out water for birds or animals.
