Then he gathered his people and called out to them.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do lions roar so loudly?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What did Pharaoh announce?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nazi'at is surah 79. Find ayah 23. The key words fa-hashara fa-nada mean he gathered and proclaimed. Pharaoh used his power and his voice to lead people the wrong way.
Fact: How far away can a lion's roar be heard?
Ages 5–8: Voice for good. Practise saying "salam" loudly and clearly to greet people.
Ages 9–12: Animal calls. Find out three reasons animals make loud calls.
Finish with: "I found that a lion's roar can be heard ___ away."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my voice to say only good things."
