ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلْحَقُّ ۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ مَـَٔابًا
Dhālika l-yaw'mu l-ḥaqqu . faman shā'a (i)ttakhadha 'ilā rabbihī ma'āban
That Day will be the sure Reality: Therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) return to his Lord!

That is the Day of truth, so whoever wills, let them take a path back to their Lord.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do whales find their way across whole oceans?"
Watch National Geographic's video about humpback whales migrating.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What should we take?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do I take a path back to Allah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Naba is surah 78. Find ayah 39. The key words fa-man sha'a ittakhadha ila rabbihi ma'aba mean whoever wills, let him take a way back to his Lord. The choice is ours, and the way is always open.
Fact: How far do humpback whales travel each year?
Ages 5–8: My path. Draw a path back to Allah with stepping stones: salah, Quran, kindness, dua.
Ages 9–12: Whale journey. Map the humpback whale's route from feeding to breeding grounds.
Finish with: "I found that humpback whales travel about ___ kilometres."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will take one new step on my path back to Allah."
Action: Take one new step on your path back to Allah.
