4-I guide
And the mountains will be moved away, becoming like a mirage.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can a mountain of sand move?"
Watch the University of Colorado video about how sand dunes move.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will happen to the mountains?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can solid mountains disappear?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Naba is surah 78. Find ayah 20. The key word saraba means a mirage, something that looks real but isn't there. The mountains that seem so solid will vanish.
Fact: How fast can a sand dune move?
Ages 5–8: Dune maker. Make a sand pile in a tray and blow on it gently with a straw. Watch it move.
Ages 9–12: Moving dunes. Find out how far some dunes travel in a year.
Finish with: "I found that sand dunes move by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one deed that lasts forever (a kind word, a prayer)."
Action: Do one deed that lasts forever (a kind word, a prayer).
