4-I guide
This is how Allah rewards those who do good.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you feel after you help a friend?"
Watch the TED-Ed video How friendship affects your brain.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who does Allah reward?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does it mean to do something really well?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mursalat is surah 77. Find ayah 44. The key word al-muhsinin means those who do good, and do it beautifully. Kindness helps others, and Allah rewards it far more than we can imagine.
Fact: What happens in our brain when we spend time with good friends?
Ages 5–8: Kindness chain. Write each kind act on a paper strip. Link them into a chain.
Ages 9–12: Animal friends. Find three animals that help each other, like horses grooming. Why do they do it?
Finish with: "I found that friendship helps our brain by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one kind thing for a friend and do it really well."
Action: Do one kind thing for a friend and do it really well.
