4-I guide
The Fire throws out sparks as huge as fortresses.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What's the biggest spark or flame you've ever seen?"
Watch the BBC Earth clip of Kilauea volcano erupting.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How big are the sparks?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How hot is lava?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mursalat is surah 77. Find ayah 32. The key words kal-qasr mean like a fortress or a palace. Even volcano fountains on Earth are tiny compared to this. The ayah reminds us how serious the warning is.
Fact: How hot is lava, and how high can a lava fountain go?
Ages 5–8: Volcano model. Make a baking soda and vinegar volcano with an adult.
Ages 9–12: Volcano watch. Find out how scientists keep people safe near active volcanoes.
Finish with: "I found that lava can be as hot as ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask Allah every night to protect me and my family."
Action: Ask Allah every night to protect you and your family.

Only do the model volcano with an adult, and keep vinegar away from eyes.
