4-I guide
Did Allah not create you from a humble, tiny beginning?
Start with bismillah.
Hold up a grain of salt. Ask: "Could something even smaller than this be alive?"
Watch the Point Source Science video How Small is a Cell?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What were we made from?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did I start so small?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mursalat is surah 77. Find ayah 20. The key words ma'in mahin mean a fluid of little worth. Allah began each of us from something tiny and humble. Everything we are came from Him.
Fact: How many cells are in the human body?
Ages 5–8: Tiny to tall. Measure a grain of rice and then measure yourself. How many grains tall are you?
Ages 9–12: Cell look. Look at an onion skin under a microscope or magnifying glass. Can you see the cells?
Finish with: "I found that the body has about ___ cells."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for one part of my body each day."
Action: Thank Allah for your body.
