نَّحْنُ خَلَقْنَٰهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَآ أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَآ أَمْثَٰلَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا
Nnaḥ'nu khalaq'nāhum' washadad'nā 'as'rahum' . wa'idhā shi''nā baddalnā 'am'thālahum' tab'dīlan
It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change.

Allah created them and made their bodies firm, and He could replace them with others if He willed.
Start with bismillah.
Bend your elbow, knee and fingers. Ask: "How many joints can you find in your body?"
Watch the SciShow Kids video Your Super Skeleton!
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah make strong?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do joints let us move without breaking?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Insan is surah 76. Find ayah 28. The key words shadadna asrahum mean We made their build strong. Our joints hold our bones together firmly, yet let us move. Allah gave us this strength, and He could replace any people with others.
Fact: How many bones does an adult have?
Ages 5–8: Joint hunt. Find and point to ten joints on your body. Which ones bend the most?
Ages 9–12: Joint types. Find out the difference between a hinge joint and a ball-and-socket joint.
Finish with: "I found that an adult has ___ bones."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my strength to carry something for someone."
Action: Use your strength to carry something for someone.
