4-I guide
The cups are crystal-clear yet made of silver, filled to exactly the right amount.
Start with bismillah.
Look at salt or sugar grains with a magnifying glass. Ask: "What shapes can you see?"
Watch the TED-Ed video How do crystals work?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How are the cups filled?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can something be silver and clear at once?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Insan is surah 76. Find ayah 16. The key words qawarira min fiddah mean crystal made of silver, and qaddaruha taqdira means they are measured exactly. In Jannah, everything is just as people wish.
Fact: Why do crystals grow in neat, repeating shapes?
Ages 5–8: Salt crystals. With an adult, stir lots of salt into warm water. Pour some onto a dark plate and leave it for a few days.
Ages 9–12: Crystal shapes. Find out the shape of salt, quartz and snowflake crystals.
Finish with: "I found that crystals grow in shapes because ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will take only as much food as I can finish."
Action: Take only as much food as you can finish.

Only use warm water with an adult.
