4-I guide
No indeed, the truth is they do not fear the Hereafter.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do we wear seatbelts even when we don't expect a crash?"
Watch the Sid the Science Kid clip How do Seatbelts Work?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the real reason they turn away?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does caring about the Hereafter change us?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Muddaththir is surah 74. Find ayah 53. The key words la yakhafunal-akhirah mean they do not fear the Hereafter. That is the real reason for all their excuses. We buckle up because we care about what might happen. Believers care about the Hereafter.
Fact: How does a seatbelt lock in a sudden stop?
Ages 5–8: Buckle check. Always buckle up before the car moves. Remind everyone in the car.
Ages 9–12: Safety gear. List five pieces of safety gear and what each one protects.
Finish with: "I found that a seatbelt locks because ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will remind my family to buckle up every time."
Action: Remind your family to buckle up every time.
