4-I guide
Allah made his life smooth and comfortable.
Start with bismillah.
Feel a rough rock and a smooth pebble. Ask: "What made the pebble so smooth?"
Watch TheGeoScholar video Why Rocks Are Smoother Near Rivers.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How did Allah make his life?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who makes things easy for me?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Muddaththir is surah 74. Find ayah 14. The key words mahhadtu lahu tamhida mean I smoothed things for him. Allah gave him an easy, comfortable life. River water smooths rough stones over many years.
Fact: How long does it take a river to make a stone smooth?
Ages 5–8: Pebble hunt. Collect three smooth and three rough stones. Sort and compare them.
Ages 9–12: Shake test. Put rough bits of chalk in a jar with water. Shake it for five minutes. What changed?
Finish with: "I found that river stones become smooth because ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for three easy things every day."
Action: Thank Allah for three easy things every day.
