4-I guide
It strips away the skin; Allah warns us so that we stay far from wrong.
Start with bismillah.
Look at the skin on the back of your hand. Ask: "What does skin do for us?"
Watch the Dr. Binocs video How Your Skin Works.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Why does Allah warn us?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does my skin protect me every day?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Ma'arij is surah 70. Find ayah 16. This ayah is a warning: Allah warns us so that we stay far from wrong.
Now something different to be thankful for. In this world, our skin is a strong gift from Allah. It keeps germs out and helps us feel the world.
Fact: How many layers does our skin have?
Ages 5–8: Touch test. Feel something soft, rough, warm and cold. Thank Allah for your skin.
Ages 9–12: Skin layers. Draw and label the three main layers of skin.
Finish with: "I found that skin has ___ main layers."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will look after my skin by washing well and wearing a hat in the sun."
Action: Look after your skin.
