إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ عِندَ رَبِّكَ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِهِۦ وَيُسَبِّحُونَهُۥ وَلَهُۥ يَسْجُدُونَ ۩
'Inna -lladhīna ʻinda rabbika lā yas'tak'birūna ʻan' ʻibādatihī wayussabbiḥūnahu walahu yas'judūna [۩]
Those who are near to thy Lord, disdain not to do Him worship: They celebrate His praises, and prostrate before Him.

Those who are near your Lord are never too proud to worship Him; they glorify Him and prostrate to Him.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Do the angels ever get tired of worshipping Allah?"
Ummah Muslim posted a short recitation of ayah 206 of Al-A'raf. Listen to all of it together.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do those near Allah do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does this ayah end with sujud?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-A'raf is surah 7. Find ayah 206. The surah ends with the angels who never tire of worshipping Allah. This is an ayah of sajdah: when reciting it, Muslims prostrate. The surah began with Iblis refusing to bow and ends with angels bowing.
Fact: This is one of the ayat of sajdah in the Qur'an: the first one.
Ages 5–8: Sajdah. Make a sujud when you read this ayah.
Ages 9–12: Surah summary. Write three lessons from Surah Al-A'raf.
Finish with: "This is the first ayah of ___ in the Qur'an."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make sujud when I read this ayah."
Action: Make sujud when you read this ayah.
