Juz 9 · Page 173۞ وَإِذْ نَتَقْنَا ٱلْجَبَلَ فَوْقَهُمْ كَأَنَّهُۥ ظُلَّةٌۭ وَظَنُّوٓا۟ أَنَّهُۥ وَاقِعٌۢ بِهِمْ خُذُوا۟ مَآ ءَاتَيْنَٰكُم بِقُوَّةٍۢ وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ مَا فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
How to read it
wa'idh' nataq'nā l-jabala faw'qahum' ka'annahu ẓullatun waẓannū 'annahu wāqiʻun[m] bihim' khudhū mā 'ātay'nākum biquwatin wa-dh'kurū mā fīhi laʻallakum' tattaqūna
When We shook the Mount over them, as if it had been a canopy, and they thought it was going to fall on them (We said): "Hold firmly to what We have given you, and bring (ever) to remembrance what is therein; perchance ye may fear Allah."
