وَقَالُوا۟ مَهْمَا تَأْتِنَا بِهِۦ مِنْ ءَايَةٍۢ لِّتَسْحَرَنَا بِهَا فَمَا نَحْنُ لَكَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ
Wa qālū mah'mā ta''tinā bihī min' 'āyatin llitas'ḥaranā bihā famā naḥ'nu laka bimu''minīna
They said (to Moses): "Whatever be the Signs thou bringest, to work therewith thy sorcery on us, we shall never believe in thee.

They said, 'Whatever sign you bring to trick us with, we will never believe you.'
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can any proof convince a closed mind?"
Settle down and play the start of Muhammad Al-Luhaidan's Al-A'raf (Door to Deen).
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did they promise?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why had they decided before seeing the signs?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-A'raf is surah 7. Find ayah 132. Pharaoh's people decided they would never believe, no matter what. A closed mind won't accept any proof.
Fact: Find Al-An'am 6:111: even if angels came, they would not believe.
Ages 5–8: Open mind. Practise saying 'show me, I'll think about it'.
Ages 9–12: Closed minds. Write why a closed mind can't learn.
Finish with: "Even if ___ came, they would not believe."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will listen before deciding."
Action: Listen before deciding.
