Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What would people think if your hand began to shine?"
Idrees Abkar recites Al-A'raf on Divine Speech. A few minutes is plenty.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What happened to Musa's hand?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Allah give Musa two signs?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-A'raf is surah 7. Find ayah 108. Musa's second sign: his hand shone bright white, without any illness. Two clear signs showed he was truly sent by Allah.
Fact: Find Ta-Ha 20:22: it came out white without harm.
Ages 5–8: Two signs. Draw Musa's two signs.
Ages 9–12: Clear signs. Write why two signs were given.
Finish with: "His hand came out white without ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will retell Musa's two signs."
