كُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ هَنِيٓـًٔۢا بِمَآ أَسْلَفْتُمْ فِى ٱلْأَيَّامِ ٱلْخَالِيَةِ
Kulū wa-sh'rabū hanī'an[m] bimā 'as'laf'tum' fī l-'ayyāmi l-khāliyati
"Eat ye and drink ye, with full satisfaction; because of the (good) that ye sent before you, in the days that are gone!"

Enjoy your food and drink, they will hear, as a reward for the good deeds of the past.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "If you save a little every week, what can you buy one day?"
Watch the LearningMole video Savings Goals for Kids.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What earned them this reward?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What good deeds am I sending ahead?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Haqqah is surah 69. Find ayah 24. The key words bima aslaftum mean because of what you sent ahead. Saving coins in a jar builds up over time. Good deeds are like savings we send ahead to the Hereafter.
Fact: How much would you have if you saved one coin every day for a year?
Ages 5–8: Bead chain. Thread one bead onto a string for every kind act this week. How long does it grow?
Ages 9–12: Savings goal. Choose a goal, find its cost and plan how many weeks of saving it needs.
Finish with: "I found that one coin a day for a year makes ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will add a bead to my chain every day."
Action: Add a bead to your chain every day.
