Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Mulk is surah 67. Find ayah 5. The key word masabih means lamps. The stars make the night sky beautiful, and Allah also made them a protection, used against the devils. Only Allah fully knows how. Shooting stars are bits of space dust burning as they rush into our air.

Fact: What is a meteor shower, and when can we see one?

Ages 5–8: Star picture. Make a night-sky picture with silver stars and one shooting star.

Ages 9–12: Tube count. Roll paper into a tube and count the stars you can see through it in one patch of sky.
