خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُمْ فَأَحْسَنَ صُوَرَكُمْ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلْمَصِيرُ
Khalaqa ssamāwāti wal-'ar'ḍa bil-ḥaqqi waṣawwarakum' fa'aḥ'sana ṣuwarakum' . wa'ilay'hi l-maṣīru
He has created the heavens and the earth in just proportions, and has given you shape, and made your shapes beautiful: and to Him is the final Goal.

Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How many bones do you think are in your body?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How did Allah shape us?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What's the most amazing part of my body?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Taghabun is surah 64. Find ayah 3. The key words fa-ahsana suwarakum mean and He made your forms beautiful. Our bodies are full of wonders: bones, muscles, a beating heart and a thinking brain, all working together.
Fact: How many bones does an adult human have?
Ages 5–8: Body outline. Trace around someone on big paper and draw where the heart, brain and lungs are.
Ages 9–12: Body facts. Find five surprising facts about the human body.
Finish with: "I found that adults have ___ bones."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will look after my body with good sleep, food and play."
Action: Look after your body with good sleep, food and play.
