قَدْ نَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُۥ لَيَحْزُنُكَ ٱلَّذِى يَقُولُونَ ۖ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يُكَذِّبُونَكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ يَجْحَدُونَ
Qad' naʻ'lamu 'innahu layaḥ'zunuka -lladhī yaqūlūna . fa'innahum' lā yukadhdhibūnaka walākinna ẓẓālimīna bi'āyāti -llahi yaj'ḥadūna
We know indeed the grief which their words do cause thee: It is not thee they reject: it is the signs of Allah, which the wicked contemn.

Allah knows that their words sadden the Prophet; it is not really him they deny, but the signs of Allah.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does it feel when someone understands why you are sad?"
Play the short Al-An'am clip of ayat 31–40 from MUSLIM BOOK.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who were they really rejecting?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why was this comforting?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-An'am is surah 6. Find ayah 33. People in Makkah called the Prophet 'Al-Amin', the trustworthy, so they did not think he lied. Their problem was with the message. Allah comforted him with these words.
Fact: What Al-Amin means and why the Quraysh called the Prophet by this name.
Ages 5–8: Comfort words. Practise kind words to say to a sad friend.
Ages 9–12: Allah knows. Write how it helps to know Allah understands your feelings.
Finish with: "The Prophet was called Al-___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will comfort someone who is sad."
Action: Comfort someone who is sad.
