وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرٍّۢ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥٓ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ وَإِن يَمْسَسْكَ بِخَيْرٍۢ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌۭ
Wa 'in yam'sas'ka -llahu biḍurrin falā kāshifa lahu 'illā huwa . wa'in yam'sas'ka bikhay'rin fahuwa ʻalā kulli shay''in qadīrun

4-I guide
If Allah lets harm touch you, no one but Him can remove it, and if He sends good, He has power over everything.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who do you turn to first when you are hurt?"
WIMCanada posted a short recitation of ayat 11–20 of Al-An'am. Listen to all of it together.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who can remove harm?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why turn to Allah first?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-An'am is surah 6. Find ayah 17. Doctors, medicine and friends help, but only by Allah's permission. Believers use means and also turn their hearts to Allah.
Fact: Yunus 10:107 says something very similar.
Ages 5–8: Get well du'a. Learn a short du'a to say when someone is ill.
Ages 9–12: Means and Allah. Write how taking medicine and making du'a go together.
Finish with: "Only Allah can remove ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make du'a for someone who is unwell."
Action: Make du'a for someone who is unwell.
