Fact: How long is the whole digestive tube from mouth to end?
Ages 5–8: Healthy plate. Draw a plate with food that gives your body energy and strength.
Ages 9–12: Food journey. Write the journey of a sandwich through the body, step by step.
Finish with: "I found that the digestive tube is about ___ metres long."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say bismillah before eating and alhamdulillah after."
Action: Say bismillah before eating and alhamdulillah after.
