4-I guide
And those on the left side, how miserable they will be!
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What is a consequence?"
Watch the Jessica Diaz video Consequences for Kids.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which group does the surah turn to now?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do our choices have results?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Waqi'ah is surah 56. Find ayah 41. The key words ashab ash-shimal mean the people of the left. Every choice has a consequence. The next ayat describe a hard ending for those who chose wrong all their lives. Allah tells us now so we can choose well while there is time.
Fact: What is the difference between a natural consequence and a given one?
Ages 5–8: Choice cards. Draw a choice on one card and what happens next on another, then match them.
Ages 9–12: Two roads. Write one choice and follow it two ways: a good ending and a sad one.
Finish with: "I found that a natural consequence is ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will think 'what happens next?' before I choose."
Action: Think 'what happens next?' before you choose.
