And many of them will be from later generations as well.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can a child be a role model for adults?"
Watch the TEDx Talks video Kids Can Be Role Models.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Do the later generations have a place among the people of the right?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Could I be one of them?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Waqi'ah is surah 56. Find ayah 40. The key words thullah min al-akhirin mean a large group from the later people. This is good news: many people of the right will come from later times, which includes people living today. Every child can hope to be among them by being a good example.
Fact: About how many Muslims live in the world today?
Ages 5–8: Role model badge. Make a badge that says one good thing you want others to copy from you.
Ages 9–12: Example plan. Write three ways you can be a good example to younger children.
Finish with: "I found that about ___ Muslims live in the world today."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will show a younger child how to do something good."
Action: Show a younger child how to do something good.
