4-I guide
That Day will bring some people down and lift others up.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How can a small child lift a grown-up on a seesaw?"
Watch the SciShow Kids video Super Simple Machines: Levers.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will the Event do to people?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who will be raised up on that Day?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Waqi'ah is surah 56. Find ayah 3. The key words khafidah and rafi'ah mean bringing down and lifting up. In this world, some people seem high because of money or fame. On that Day, the proud may be brought low, and humble people who did good may be lifted high. Our deeds decide our real rank.
Fact: How does a lever let a small force lift something heavy?
Ages 5–8: Mini seesaw. Balance a ruler on a pencil and lift coins at one end by pressing the other.
Ages 9–12: What lifts us. List five deeds that raise a person in Allah's sight.
Finish with: "I found that a lever works by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do a kind thing quietly, without telling anyone."
Action: Do a kind thing quietly, without telling anyone.
