Those drinks will never give them a headache or cloud their minds.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does your brain keep working all day and night?"
Watch the Nemours KidsHealth video How Your Brain Works.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will the drinks of Jannah never do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah want us to keep our minds clear?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Waqi'ah is surah 56. Find ayah 19. The key words la yusadda'una mean they will get no headache. Everything in Jannah is pure and good, so nothing there can hurt the body or confuse the mind. Our minds are a gift from Allah, and we look after them now with water, sleep and good food.
Fact: About how much of your brain is water?
Ages 5–8: Water check. Drink a glass of water and notice how you feel after playing.
Ages 9–12: Brain care. Make a poster of five ways to keep your brain healthy.
Finish with: "I found that the brain is about ___ water."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will go to bed on time so my brain can rest."
Action: Go to bed on time so your brain can rest.
