He raised the sky high and put the balance in place.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What would happen if all the plants in a food chain disappeared?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things did Allah set up?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does it mean that Allah set a balance?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 7. The key word al-mizan means the balance. Nature is full of balance: plants feed animals, animals feed others, and decomposers return goodness to the soil. Allah set up justice and balance in creation, and He wants balance in our lives too.
Fact: What are producers, consumers and decomposers?
Ages 5–8: Food chain links. Draw a food chain with sun, grass, rabbit and fox, and join them with arrows.
Ages 9–12: Out of balance. Find one example where people upset nature's balance and how it was fixed.
Finish with: "I found that producers are ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will balance screen time with time outdoors."
Action: Balance screen time with time outdoors.
