4-I guide
He laid out the earth for every living creature.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How many different kinds of homes does the Earth have for animals?"
Watch the learning junction video Biomes of the World.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who did Allah lay out the earth for?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why did Allah make so many kinds of places?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rahman is surah 55. Find ayah 10. The key word lil-anam means for all creatures. Deserts, rainforests, oceans, grasslands and icy lands each have creatures made to live there. Allah prepared the whole earth as a home, not only for people.
Fact: What are the main biomes of the world?
Ages 5–8: Biome match. Draw a camel, a polar bear and a monkey, then draw each one's home.
Ages 9–12: Biome map. Colour a world map with five biomes and name one animal for each.
Finish with: "I found that the main biomes are ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will help an animal's home, like putting out seeds for birds."
Action: Help an animal's home, like putting out seeds for birds.
