Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qamar is surah 54. Find ayah 22. The key word adh-dhikr means the reminder. Every time we practise, our brain strengthens the paths that carry what we learned. That's why repeating an ayah helps it stick. Allah repeats this ayah too, inviting us again and again to learn and remember.
Fact: What happens to the connections in our brain when we practise?

Ages 9–12: Practice chart. Track how many repetitions it takes you to memorise three new ayat.
Finish with: "I found that practice makes brain connections ___."
