Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which people is this ayah about?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What can we learn from peoples who are gone?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Najm is surah 53. Find ayah 50. The key words 'Adan al-ula mean the first 'Ad. The people of 'Ad were strong and proud, and they rejected their messenger. They are gone now, and only stories and traces remain. Archaeologists study what peoples left behind; the Quran tells us the lesson.
Fact: What tools do archaeologists use?
Ages 5–8: Dig box. Bury small objects in a tub of sand and dig them out carefully with a spoon and brush.
Ages 9–12: Lesson from the past. Write what the people of 'Ad could teach someone today.
Finish with: "I found that archaeologists use ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will learn one lesson from history and share it."
Action: Learn one lesson from history and share it.
