Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What will it be like to rest with no tiredness at all?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tur is surah 52. Find ayah 20. The key words surur masfufah mean couches lined up in rows. In Jannah there is no tiredness. The people relax together in peace, and Allah gives them happy company. In this world, our bodies need rest and sleep to stay strong.

Fact: What does the brain tidy up while we are asleep?

Ages 5–8: Rest corner. Make a calm corner with a cushion where you can rest and read.

Ages 9–12: Rest diary. Note how rested you feel each morning for a week and what you did the night before.

Finish with: "I found that during sleep the brain ___."
