Find it in the mushaf: Surah Qaf is surah 50. Find ayah 9. The key words ma'an mubarakan mean blessed water. Rain soaks the soil, seeds sprout, and grain like wheat grows tall and golden. Farmers harvest it, mills grind it into flour, and it becomes bread. Every slice starts as a raindrop.

Ages 5–8: Grain hunt. Find three foods in your kitchen made from grain.

Ages 9–12: Rain to bread. Draw a flow chart from rain to the bread on your table.
