ٱدْخُلُوهَا بِسَلَٰمٍۢ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلْخُلُودِ

Ud'khulūhā bissalāmin . dhālika yaw'mu l-khulūdi

Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does peace feel like to you?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How are the believers welcomed?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What would a day of complete peace be like?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Qaf is surah 50. Find ayah 34. The key word bi-salam means in peace. The people of Jannah are welcomed with peace, and their new life never ends. Salam is also one of Allah's names, and it is the greeting Muslims give each other every day.
Fact: Which name of Allah means the Source of Peace?
Ages 5–8: Peace picture. Draw the most peaceful place you can imagine.
Ages 9–12: Peace makers. Write three ways to bring more peace to your home.
Finish with: "I found that the name of Allah meaning Peace is ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will greet everyone at home with salam every day."
