فَضْلًۭا مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَنِعْمَةًۭ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌۭ
Faḍ'lan mmina -llahi waniʻ'matan . wa-llahu ʻalīmun ḥakīmun

This is Allah's generous gift, and He knows all and is wise in all He does.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What is one blessing you are thankful for today?"
Watch the Zain Bhikha Kids video Give Thanks To Allah.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the love of faith, according to this ayah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is being guided a favour?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hujurat is surah 49. Find ayah 8. The key words fadlan min Allah mean a favour from Allah. Loving faith is not something we earn by ourselves; it is a gift. Allah, who knows everything and is completely wise, gives it. That is why we thank Him for guidance every day.
Fact: In which surah do we ask Allah for guidance in every rak'ah?
Ages 5–8: Thank-you chain. Make a paper chain with one blessing on each link.
Ages 9–12: Favour list. List ten favours from Allah you received this week.
Finish with: "I found that we ask for guidance in every rak'ah in Surah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for guidance after every salah."
Action: Thank Allah for guidance after every salah.
