بَلْ ظَنَنتُمْ أَن لَّن يَنقَلِبَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِيهِمْ أَبَدًۭا وَزُيِّنَ ذَٰلِكَ فِى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَظَنَنتُمْ ظَنَّ ٱلسَّوْءِ وَكُنتُمْ قَوْمًۢا بُورًۭا
How to read it
Bal' ẓanantum' 'an llan yanqaliba rrassūlu wal-mu''minūna 'ilā 'ah'līhim' 'abadan wazuyyina dhālika fī qulūbikum' waẓanantum' ẓanna ssaw''i wakuntum' qaw'man[m] būran
"Nay, ye thought that the Messenger and the Believers would never return to their families; this seemed pleasing in your hearts, and ye conceived an evil thought, for ye are a people lost (in wickedness)."
