وَقِيلَ ٱلْيَوْمَ نَنسَىٰكُمْ كَمَا نَسِيتُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا وَمَأْوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّٰصِرِينَ
Wa qīla l-yaw'ma nansākum' kamā nassītum' liqā'a yaw'mikum' hādhā wama''wākumu nnāru wamā lakum mmin nnāṣirīna
It will also be said: "This Day We will forget you as ye forgot the meeting of this Day of yours! and your abode is the Fire, and no helpers have ye!

It will be said: today We leave you, just as you ignored the meeting of this Day; your home is the Fire, and you have no helpers.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What helps you remember important things?"
Watch the Fardeel video Remember Allah Every Day.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did these people forget?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I remember Allah all day?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Jathiyah is surah 45. Find ayah 34. The key word nansakum means We will leave you forgotten. Allah never really forgets; it means they will be left without care, just as they ignored the meeting with Him. Believers do the opposite: they remember Allah often, with bismillah, alhamdulillah and salah, and Allah remembers them.
Fact: What are three short phrases of dhikr you can say while walking?
Ages 5–8: Reminder notes. Stick small notes around the house that say "Remember Allah".
Ages 9–12: Dhikr moments. List five daily moments when you can remember Allah.
Finish with: "I found that three dhikr phrases are ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say alhamdulillah after every meal and bismillah before every task."
Action: Say alhamdulillah after every meal and bismillah before every task.
