وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّـَٔاتُ مَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
Wa badā lahum' sayyi'ātu mā ʻamilū waḥāqa bihim mmā kānū bihī yas'tah'zi'ūna
Then will appear to them the evil (fruits) of what they did, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at!

The bad results of what they did will appear to them, and what they used to mock will surround them.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can you think of an action that had a surprising result?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will appear to them?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I make sure my results are good ones?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Jathiyah is surah 45. Find ayah 33. The key word sayyi'at means bad results. Actions grow results, like seeds. People who mocked the warning will see it come true around them. The good news is the same rule works for good deeds: plant good now and good will grow.
Fact: How long does a sunflower seed take to grow into a tall flower?
Ages 5–8: Seed cards. Draw a "seed" deed on one side of a card and its "flower" result on the other.
Ages 9–12: Results chart. Write three habits and the results they will grow over a year.
Finish with: "I found that a sunflower takes about ___ to grow."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will plant one good habit and watch it grow."
Action: Plant one good habit and watch it grow.
