وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَٰتُنَا بَيِّنَٰتٍۢ مَّا كَانَ حُجَّتَهُمْ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوا۟ ٱئْتُوا۟ بِـَٔابَآئِنَآ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ
How to read it
Wa 'idhā tut'lā ʻalay'him' 'āyātunā bayyinātin mmā kāna ḥujjatahum' 'illā 'an qālū (u)''tū bi'ābā'inā 'in kuntum' ṣādiqīna
And when Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them their argument is nothing but this: They say, "Bring (back) our forefathers, if what ye say is true!"
