Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who shares out people's living?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why do we all need each other?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Az-Zukhruf is surah 43. Find ayah 32. The key word sukhriyyan means making use of one another, serving each other. Allah gives people different jobs and skills so that everyone needs everyone: the farmer needs the doctor, the doctor needs the farmer. Different roles are not about being better. And Allah's mercy is worth more than all the money people collect.

Fact: How many different jobs help bring a loaf of bread to your table?

Ages 5–8: Helper chain. Draw the chain of people who bring bread from field to table.

Ages 9–12: My future role. Write what job you'd like and how it would serve others.

Finish with: "I found that at least ___ jobs help bring us bread."
