4-I guide
And We rescued those who had faith and were mindful of Allah.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who keeps you safe when there is danger?"
Watch the IQRA CARTOON video Prophet Stories: Salih.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who was saved?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How does Allah protect the believers?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Fussilat is surah 41. Find ayah 18. The key word najjayna means We saved. In both stories, Allah did not let the believers be harmed along with the wrongdoers. Prophet Hud, Prophet Salih and those who believed with them were rescued. Faith and taqwa, being mindful of Allah, are a protection.
Fact: Which two prophets were sent to Ad and to Thamud?
Ages 5–8: Safe place. Build a blanket fort and talk about how Allah keeps believers safe.
Ages 9–12: Taqwa in action. Write five actions that show someone is mindful of Allah.
Finish with: "I found that the prophets were ___ and ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say a du'a for protection before leaving home."
Action: Say a du'a for protection before leaving home.
