A recitation of ayat 74–76 can be found on Teğabun Media. Listen once quietly, then talk about 'Trading for the Hereafter'.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did they trade?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is the Hereafter worth more?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nisa' is surah 4. Find ayah 74. This ayah was about defending a threatened community. Its lesson for us: putting the Akhirah first in our choices.

Fact: Al-A'la 87:17 says the Hereafter is better and lasting.

Ages 5–8: Akhirah first. Choose a good deed over a game once today.

Ages 9–12: Priorities. Write what putting the Akhirah first looks like.

Finish with: "The Hereafter is better and ___."

Talk together:

• What did they trade?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why worth it?
• How do you put the Akhirah first?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will choose one Akhirah deed over play."

• Great reward.
• Next time: the next ayah (4:75) speaks of the oppressed crying out. Explore it together!
