يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ ۖ فَإِن تَنَٰزَعْتُمْ فِى شَىْءٍۢ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌۭ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا
How to read it
Yā'ayyuhā -lladhīna 'āmanū 'aṭīʻū -llaha wa'aṭīʻū rrassūla wa'ūlī l-'am'ri minkum' . fa'in tanāzaʻ'tum' fī shay''in faruddūhu 'ilā-llahi wa rrassūli 'in kuntum' tu''minūna bi-llahi wal-yaw'mi l-'ākhiri . dhālika khay'run wa'aḥ'sanu ta''wīlan
O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. If ye differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if ye do believe in Allah and the Last Day: That is best, and most suitable for final determination.
