Ask: "What makes you remember a promise?"

A recitation of ayat 151–160 can be found on QuranOHadees. Listen once quietly, then talk about 'Promises at the Mountain'.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What were they told?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why enter humbly?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nisa' is surah 4. Find ayah 154. Bani Isra'il made serious promises to Allah. Humility and keeping promises are lessons for us too.

Fact: Al-Baqarah 2:63 is about the mountain raised over them.

Ages 5–8: Humble entry. Enter a room saying bismillah humbly.

Ages 9–12: Firm covenant. Write about a promise you made to Allah.

Finish with: "They were told to enter ___."

Talk together:

• What were they told?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• Why humbly?
• What promise will you keep?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will keep a promise I made to Allah."

• Keep promises.
• Be humble.
• Remember covenants.
