Juz 24 · Page 463وَلَوْ أَنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًۭا وَمِثْلَهُۥ مَعَهُۥ لَٱفْتَدَوْا۟ بِهِۦ مِن سُوٓءِ ٱلْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ ۚ وَبَدَا لَهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يَكُونُوا۟ يَحْتَسِبُونَ
How to read it
Wa law' 'anna lilladhīna ẓalamū mā fī l-'ar'ḍi jamīʻan wamith'lahu maʻahu la-f'tadaw' bihī min sū'i l-ʻadhābi yaw'ma l-qiyāmati . wabadā lahum mmina -llahi mā lam' yakūnū yaḥ'tassibūna
Even if the wrong-doers had all that there is on earth, and as much more, (in vain) would they offer it for ransom from the pain of the Penalty on the Day of Judgment: but something will confront them from Allah, which they could never have counted upon!
