مَا كَانَ لِىَ مِنْ عِلْمٍۭ بِٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰٓ إِذْ يَخْتَصِمُونَ
Mā kāna liya min' ʻil'min bil-mala'i l-'aʻ'lā 'idh' yakh'taṣimūna
"No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves.

I had no knowledge at all of the highest gathering when they were debating.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you know about things you were not there to see?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did the Prophet say he did not know by himself?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who are in the highest assembly?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Sad is surah 38. Find ayah 69. The key words al-mala' al-a'la mean the highest assembly, the gathering of angels. The Prophet could not have known what happened among the angels, such as the conversation about creating Adam, unless Allah told him. This shows the Quran is revelation from Allah, not something he made up.
Fact: Which angel brought the Quran down to the Prophet?
Ages 5–8: How do I know? Name three things you know only because someone told you.
Ages 9–12: Revelation clues. Write two things in the Quran that the Prophet could not have known by himself.
Finish with: "I found that the angel is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will thank Allah for the angels who record my good deeds."
Action: Thank Allah for the angels who record your good deeds.
