And you travel past their remains in the morning,

Ask: "What can old ruins teach us?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "When do travellers pass the ruins?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why should we notice ruins we pass?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 137. The key word musbihin means in the morning. The Quraysh traders passed near the ruined towns on their journeys north. Allah reminds them: you see these signs every trip. Lessons are all around us if we stop to notice and think.
Fact: Towards which land did the Quraysh trading caravans travel in summer?
Ages 5–8: Lesson walk. On a walk, find something old and talk about what it teaches.
Ages 9–12: Travel lessons. Write about a place you visited that taught you something.
Finish with: "I found that they travelled to ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will notice one lesson on my way to school or the shops."
