And We gave the two of them the Scripture that makes matters plain.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Which books did Allah send down before the Quran?"
Watch the Faith and Blossom video Heavenly Books: Quran, Torah, Injil.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did Allah give Musa and Harun?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What was in the book given to Musa?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 117. The key word al-mustabin means clear and clarifying. Allah gave Musa the Tawrah, a book of guidance and light. Believing in all of Allah's revealed books is one of the pillars of faith. The Quran is the final book, confirming the truth of those before it.
Fact: Which books of Allah are named in the Quran?
Ages 5–8: Book shelf. Draw a shelf with four books and label them with the names of Allah's books.
Ages 9–12: Pillar check. Write which pillar of faith is about Allah's books and why it matters.
Finish with: "I found that the books are ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will learn the names of Allah's revealed books."
Action: Learn the names of Allah's revealed books.
