4-I guide
And We rescued them and their people from the overwhelming hardship.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What is the hardest situation you can imagine people being rescued from?"
Watch the Aisyah video The Inspiring Story of Prophet Harun.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "From what were Musa, Harun and their people saved?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did Allah save them?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 115. The key word najjaynahuma means We saved them both. The Children of Israel were treated cruelly by Pharaoh. Allah saved them by parting the sea so they could cross safely. The same phrase "great distress" was used for Nuh earlier. Allah rescues those who trust Him.
Fact: What did Musa strike with his staff to part the sea?
Ages 5–8: Parting water. Push your hands through a bowl of water and see how it closes again, then talk about Allah's miracle.
Ages 9–12: Rescue stories. Compare how Allah saved Nuh and how He saved Musa.
Finish with: "I found that he struck the ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make du'a for people around the world who are in hardship."
Action: Make du'a for people around the world who are in hardship.
