Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "If Allah made the huge sky, can He bring us back to life?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 11. The key word lazib means sticky, clinging clay. Allah asks a clever question: is creating you harder than creating the vast sky, stars and earth? Of course not. If Allah made all that, bringing people back to life is easy for Him. Our beginning from clay should keep us humble.

Fact: About what percentage of the human body is water?

Ages 5–8: Sticky clay. Mix soil and a little water to feel how clay sticks together.

Ages 9–12: Size check. Compare the size of a person, the Earth and the Sun in a simple drawing to scale.

Finish with: "I found that the body is about ___ percent water."
